Agreed. But the last two episodes in particular seemed to really rely on the Mischa/Abigail parallels (“I’m sorry I couldn’t protect you in this life” and Hannibal’s conversation with Bedelia anyone?) for a coherent reading of the reading of the relationship. I just wish I could forget about the Mischa thing and then maybe I’d be able to come up with a different interpretation of those scenes that would make sense. 
I’m kind of hoping we can just move on from Abigail and not have her be a huge presence from now on, and maybe Mischa will just disappear along with her, but that might be too much to ask. I’m especially afraid of what might happen when (if ?) we get to Clarice though, given Fuller’s apparent position on the Mischa issue.
